IQ Resource Group is hiring for a Mover in Anoka/Ramsey area!
Schedule: Monday – Friday: 7:30am – 4:30pm | On-call availability
Pay: $17 – $21/hour
We’re seeking a Mover Lead who takes pride in helping others and thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and assist with the packing, moving, and transportation of customers’ personal property.
- Manage the client and customer experience and satisfaction by having open communication.
- Perform contents inventory and organization with Warehouse Team.
- Provide professional, courteous service to clients, contractors, and the community during times of need.
- Ensure open communication with customers to maintain trust and satisfaction throughout the process.
- Handle and move fragile and high-value items safely and carefully.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and move 40+ lbs (team lifting required).
- Comfortable working with and handling personal or sentimental items.
- Valid Minnesota driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive to customer locations throughout the day for pickups and deliveries.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive, dependable, and service-oriented with a “whatever it takes” mindset.
