Location: Neenah, WI
Wage: $18.50/hr ($0.50 pay differential for 2nd shift)
Hours:
- 1st shift: 7am-3pm Monday- Friday
- 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm Monday-Friday
- (Voluntary offered on Saturday’s when available. If not enough volunteers, additional hours will be required during the week. 1st shift would start at 5am, and 2nd shift would work until 1pm)
Responsibilities:
- Set up machine prior to each production run
- Control and adjust the machine as needed
- Check the quality of finished material
- Log completed units into the inventory system
- Segregate approved and defective units
- Package finished rolls
- Ensure the machine running correctly and efficiently
- Maintain activity logs for the machine
Requirements:
- Team Player looking to collaborate with other colleagues, especially the assistant on your machine
- Ability to understand procedures and processes once trained
- Adherence to health and safety regulations (eg. Protective gear)
- Analytical skills to diagnose and correct any machine issues
- Ability to read and use measuring devices
- Physical stamina and strength
- Rewinder experience required
