Location: Neenah, WI
Hours/Pay:
- 1st Shift -$16.00hr · 5am-3pm Tuesday- Friday · 5:45am-1:45pm Monday-Friday
- 2nd Shift $17.30hr · 3:30pm-1:30am Monday-Friday
- 3rd Shift $17.30hr · 9:45pm-5:45am Sunday-Thursday
Responsibilities:
- Read and follow directions to complete a step-by-step assembly process.
- Use computers to follow assembly directions
- Assemble products by hand using basic hand tools
- Test and inspect finished product to ensure it meets quality standards
- Packaging product
- Achieve metric goals regarding how many pieces you need to assemble.
Requirements:
- Basic Computer Skills (Can easily navigate a computer, learn programs, type, and use a mouse effectively.)
- Employee must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good oral and written communication skills are necessary.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and be comfortable completing different tasks on a frequent basis.
