Brake Press Operator – 1st Shift
Location: Hartford, WI
Pay: $18–$28/hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: 1st Shift 7am-3pm M-F
Position Type: Full-Time

We’re looking for an experienced Brake Press Operator to join a growing custom metal fabrication team. If you have strong setup experience, can read blueprints with confidence, and take pride in producing high-quality parts, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable manufacturing company.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate press brakes to bend and form sheet metal to blueprint specifications.
- Select tooling and adjust machine settings for accurate production.
- Perform first-piece inspections and verify quality throughout production.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools.
- Troubleshoot equipment and work with the production team to meet daily goals.
- Follow quality standards and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of press brake setup experience.
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
- Experience using precision measuring equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable work ethic and ability to work independently.
