Staffing/Recruitment Operations:
- Candidate recruitment and retention: Recruit, interview and match skilled individuals with clients’ projects, temporary assignments and temporary-to-full-time opportunities.
- Assigning applicant flow to screen and interview.
- Track and update postings as necessary to ensure proper candidate flow.
- Provide on-going communication and career guidance to candidates.
- Develop and maintain constant recruitment plans for commonly requested skill sets.
- Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain on-going contact with client companies and temporary professionals currently on assignment to ensure both receive exceptional customer service.
- Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction; additional opportunities through contact with temporary professionals on assignment and client companies to grow our business and uncover job opportunities for our candidates.
- Ensure all timecards are received and sent to payroll for active workers.
- Develop and maintain constant recruitment plans for commonly requested skill sets.
- Participate and assign participation in job fairs and other recruitment networking functions when necessary to meet staffing demands.
- Facilitate orientations and safety training (if requested by client) for all new temporary employees.
Client Management:
- Meet specific customer staffing needs and proactively communicate with clients.
- Proactively identify Accounts whose revenue may be shrinking so as to address any ‘at risk’ customers and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained as customers.
- Work with clients to implement strong employee orientation and/or training programs (as needed per client). Proactively develop relationships with all levels of decision makers within client companies to ensure strong relationships.
- Identify client concerns and discuss in a timely manner, with follow-up when appropriate.
- Proactively conduct strategic account reviews with all assigned customers on a regular basis to review service needs and usage trends.
- Identify and try to forecast staffing needs and pricing that meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Retain accounts through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers and users within an organization.
- Responsible for managing, supporting, and servicing the account related needs of all clients in the Branch.
Division Support:
- Assist other staff and/or branches meet job fill requirements when help is needed.
- Facilitate the execution of risk related activities.
- Foster and promote a collaborative team work ethic within the Division.
- Participate in events that promote Division growth when needed.
- Share active applicants and employees within the Division to ensure timely filling of orders.
Business Development:
- Work with the VP to identify possible clients through information gained by applicants, temporary employees, and/or other sources.
- Branch Managers will not be directly responsible for new business development but should always be forward thinking in order to build the Division and their respective.
- The Branch Manager will assist the Upper Management Team with working to regain relationships with previous IQ Group clients.
Internal Employee Management:
- Ensure that employees are scheduled so that the hours of operation are staffed.
- Train and lead in staffing efficiency and high quality.
- Assign Staffing Consultant performance goals where appropriate. Maintain a culture focused upon respect, honesty, and accountability.
- Conduct periodic reviews, along with the VP, of all branch internal employees to identify areas of strength and needed growth.
Leadership:
- Provide ongoing leadership to all internal employees.
- Lead by example.
- Provide constructive feedback to internal employees in order to encourage positive change in action and/or behavior.
- Encourage leadership growth within the branch employees.
General Operations:
- Be diligent in exercising cost saving initiatives to improve the bottom line.
- Order office supplies as needed.
- Always strive to improve daily operations to be more effective and efficient when working internally, with applicants/temporary employees, and clients.
