Location: De Pere, WI
Wage: $25+/hr BOE
Hours: 6am – 4:30pm Monday thru Thursday. Overtime on Friday
Responsibilities/Requirements:
Performing the Mechanical and Electrical assembly of equipment including cable trays, pulling cable and wires, running conduit, installing drives and motors, mechanical component assembles, hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies, frame assembly and much more. This position serves to support manufacturing operations in the form of maximizing production output via expedient machine assembly and reports to the Director of Operations.

- Good troubleshooting ability, manual dexterity, and ability to read and comprehend schematics and blueprints.
- Experience building from prints/solid models
- Strong electrical and mechanical skills.
- Must be familiar with AC, DC, low voltage, and 480V, equipment as required.
- Electrical work would include machine and control panel wiring
- Must be able to perform the job functions including climbing ladders and working with aerial platforms when needed.
- Quality conscious individual with good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Position requires a team player who is quality conscious and detail oriented.
- Understanding of Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.
- Must be able to read electrical schematics
- Program and troubleshoot PLC’s.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Experience with shop tools.
- Blueprint reading
- Mechanical Knowledge
- Electrical Wiring
- Conduit Bending/Running
Preferred Experience:
- PLC troubleshooting and programming experience
- Previous experience in an industrial setting working with machine processes and related schedules.
- Previous Experience in an OEM facility
- Associates degree in Electro/Mechanical Technology, or equivalent.
- Rigging/heavy component moving
