Embroidery

IQ Resource Group is currently recruiting for a full-time embroidery operator on 2nd shift.  This is a temp to hire position offering a great work environment at a family-owned company in Manitowoc.

Location: Manitowoc, WI
Wage: $14-16/hr based on experience
Hours:

• 2:00pm- midnight; Monday to Thursday

• Check the order against the paperwork to confirm receiving the correct sizes and colors
• Load the digitized design into the embroidery machine and program the proper color steps
• Check proposed design against paperwork to confirm that it matches the required color, size and placement
• Hooping the garment securely with the appropriate hoop to allow for proper sewing
• Check completed goods against paperwork and sign off
• Observe sewing operation to detect defects in stitching that indicate machine malfunction and notify the team leader.
• Regularly inspect product during the entire order process for quality and maintain a production flow that meets or exceeds delivery goals.

• Must have strong work ethic and flexibility
• Must exhibit a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude with customers, co-workers, and management staff
• Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
