Entry-Level Extrusion Operator

IQ Resource Group is partnered with a manufacturing facility that specializes in the production of sanitary, easy to clean wall and ceiling panels, stay-in-place concrete wall forms, partition wall panels, doors, shutter components and many other proprietary and custom products for the construction, food processing, car wash and agricultural markets world-wide.

Location: Manitowoc, WI
Wage: $17.50/hr
Hours:

• 1st Shift: 8a-4p
• 2nd Shift: 4p-Midnight
• 3rd Shift: Midnight – 8a

• Select machine dies.
• Determine setup procedures.
• Draw or press materials into shapes and diameters.
• Set controls to regulate vacuum, air pressure, sizing rings, and temperature.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Locate defects on extruded products.
• Adjust controls as necessary.
• Install, connect, test, and adjust equipment.
• Clean tools.
• Remove excess, entangled, or completed filaments from machines.
