Location: Janesville, WI
Wage: $17/hr
Hours: 6 am-2:30 pm Monday – Friday (Occasional Overtime)
Responsibilities:
- Weigh, stage, and mix ingredients according to batch sheets.
- Follow production procedures on batch sheets for staging correct ingredients.
- Clean and sanitize processing your area rooms daily
- Record the lot numbers and weights used of raw materials on batch sheets
- Follow GMPs.
- Clean and sanitize processing rooms daily and maintain warehouse housekeeping
- Some basic math knowledge
- Ability to lift 40-45 pounds
- **Previous food service experience would be helpful, but NOT required**
