IQ Resource Group is currently hiring a dependable and experienced Forklift Operator / Yard Spotter for a busy facility in Kaukauna, WI.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm
45–50 hours per week
Pay: $25–$28/hour, based on experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate a sit-down propane forklift to move products and pallets throughout the yard and storage areas
- Use a yard truck to move trailers in and out of loading docks
- Work primarily outdoors in the storage yard
- Complete shipping and inventory paperwork as needed
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of forklift experience required
- Previous yard spotting experience preferred
- Experience moving trailers with a yard truck
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- No CDL required — yard truck operation is on-site only
