Location: De Pere, WI
Wage: $17-19/hr BOE
Hours: 6am – 4:30pm Monday thru Thursday. Overtime on Friday
Responsibilities:
Prime and paint all raw metal that comes in associated with jobs to an industrial quality finish. When not painting, assisting part management and shop floor to keep a flow of incoming and outgoing parts.

- Ability to differentiate between colors.
- Work on multiple job priorities at one time and keep accurate time association.
- Inspecting raw material before painting for defects.
- Prepping raw material for painting process.
- Inspect final product for flaws to provide customer satisfaction.
- Stage finished products in designated locations.
- Clean paint booth filters, paint gun stations, and painting equipment.
- Keep inventory control of paint supply for upcoming job requirements.
- Use of heavy equipment to move parts in and out of workstation.
- Ability to handle 50 lbs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist in receiving and shop floor when there is down time.
