IQ Resource Group is seeking packagers for a community rehabilitation center that provides a variety of human services and vocational skills training to Fox Valley residents and manufacturing-related business services to private industry in Appleton, WI. Company is located directly on a bus line and bus schedules are coordinated with the work schedules!
Location: Appleton, WI
Wage: $14.00/hr
Hours: 7:45am to 4:15pm Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
Involves performing simple one or two-step packaging or assembly jobs. Although there is minimal demand for independent judgment or quality inspection, it does require the correct number of pieces or correct orientation within gross tolerances.
- Assembly/order picking/repackaging/wrapping silverware
- May include counting and inserting product into a bag or chip box and placing on a conveyor
- Removing production from a master carton and placing on a conveyor
- Collating product and placing in a container or on a conveyor
- Attaching pieces together using a hex wrench or screwdriver, or gluing flaps or pockets of folders, or applying labels to corrugate using adhesives.
