IQ Resource Group is currently recruiting for a pasteurization machine operator for a busy manufacturing client in Manitowoc. Qualified candidates will mix ingredients following company standards and regulations. This is an excellent temp to hire position offering great room for advancement.
Location: Manitowoc, WI
Wage: $18/hr
Hours:
- 5am to 3pm Monday through Thursday
- 3pm to 1am Monday through Thursday
Responsibilities:
- Blend and pasteurize mixes to be used in production for products for the following day
- Read and understand formulas and batch sheets
- Blend and pasteurize raw ingredients using demonstrated methods
- Watch and monitor machine temperatures
- Monitor ingredient inventory and order as needed
- Ensure machine tubes and hoses are connected correctly
- Monitor machine to ensure product is produced properly and at correct temperatures.
- Work with quality control to ensure batches are produced properly
Requirements:
- High School Diploma preferred
- No experience necessary. Will train the right candidate
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
- Must be able to work in a warm environment
