IQ Resource Group is seeking an experienced Shop Fabricator to join a growing team in the Anoka/Ramsey area. This role focuses on structural steel fabrication, including steel channel stringers, stair systems, guardrails, and handrails. The ideal candidate will have strong layout skills, blueprint reading ability, and hands-on fabrication experience.
Location: Anoka / Ramsey, MN
Shift: 1st Shift – Day Shift
Pay: $30–$34/hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate structural steel components including:
- Steel channel stringers
- Stair systems
- Guardrails and handrails
- Perform accurate layout and fitting based on blueprints and shop drawings
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and specifications
- Operate fabrication equipment including saws, drills, grinders, and welding equipment
- Ensure quality workmanship and dimensional accuracy
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Required Qualifications
