Trimmers

IQ Resource Group is currently recruiting for a full-time utility person on 1st shift. This is a temp to hire position offering a great work environment at a temperature controlled, family-owned company in Manitowoc.

Location: Manitowoc, WI
Wage: $14.50/hr
Hours:

• 8:00am to 4:00pm; Monday to Friday

• Trim backing left on garments.
• Remove loose threads and lint left by embroidery machine.
• Fold items neatly and organize finished garments per customer orders.
• Thoroughly check completed embroidered items against the customer orders.
• Pack items into proper bins and ensure they are ready for shipment.
• Communicate with machine operators and others on the team.
• Assists the embroidery machine operators when needed.
• Check completed goods against paperwork and sign off.
• Regularly inspect product during the entire order process for quality and maintain a production flow that meets or exceeds delivery goals.
• Load the digitized design into the embroidery machine and program the proper color steps
• Check completed goods against paperwork and sign off
• Observe sewing operation to detect defects in stitching that indicate machine malfunction and notify the team leader.
• Regularly inspect product during the entire order process for quality and maintain a production flow that meets or exceeds delivery goals.
• Other duties as assigned
