Location: Anoka, MN
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (flexibility for overtime)
Compensation: $16.00-$20.00 an hour
As a Claims Specialist you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service throughout the claims process.
Responsibilities:
- Create estimates- data entry.
- Enter estimates into software and to insurance company.
- Customer communication.
- Insurance providers follow up.
- Documentation of all calls and discussions
Qualifications:
- Competitive attitude!
- Ability to multitask.
- Clear communication- written/verbal.
- Able to type 40 wpm.
- Microsoft office.
- Task/goal driven to reach company goals.
- Ability to learn new programs.
