Location: Manitowoc, WI
Wage: Pay based on experience and qualifications starting $22.00
Hours:
- 1st shift
- 6am to 2pm; Monday through Friday
- Can become full time long term for the right candidate
- 2nd shift
- 3pm to 11pm; Monday through Friday
- 3rd shift
- 11pm to 7am; Sunday through Thursday
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on all production machines, equipment, and facilities
- Work closely with production personnel to identify and correct routine and repetitive problems
- Perform emergency/breakdown maintenance as necessary
- Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and steam systems as needed
- Accurately create and complete essential maintenance work orders and other required paperwork
- Trouble-shoot and solve simple to complex problems
- Reference equipment manuals and other technical literature
- The ability to accurately read measuring devices
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Maintain teamwork and positive attitude with all associates
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the methods, materials, tools, and practices used in at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trade.
- Knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions of the trades involved.
- Skilled in the care and use of tools and equipment used in trades involved.
- Physically fit.
- Able to bend, lift and twist. Must be able to regularly lift 50 pounds.
- Have any equivalent combination of acceptable training and experience.
- For entry level candidates we are willing to train enthusiastic and motivated candidates with mechanical background
