Compensation:
- Between $29-$36 (Depending on experience)
Working Hours: Unique 2-2-3 shift pattern from 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am.
Type: Direct Hire – We’re looking for long-term commitment and growth.
Location: Clintonville, WI.
Role Purpose: Performs all facets of maintenance, repair, installation and modification to Company equipment, buildings and grounds. Responsible for electrical/mechanical projects, repairs, upgrades, and troubleshooting via PLC controlled systems on assigned shift.
Essential Duties:
- Performs electrical and mechanical upgrades to equipment
- Performs grade or product changeovers on machine centers, which includes Flexographic Printing Presses, Converting Folders, Formers, various types of packaging equipment and conveyor systems.
- Effectively diagnoses, adjusts and repairs a variety of mechanical, electrical, power transmission, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
- Performs of preventive maintenance functions on all equipment and facilities adhering to published PM schedules.
- Assists in the update and accurate maintenance of computer tracking for preventive maintenance, work order system, labor tracking, spare parts and general maintenance.
- Effectively diagnose and adjust equipment.
- Ability to lead maintenance projects from beginning to end.
- Must follow GMP and SQF guidelines and report any food safety issues to your supervisor
- Must lead, train and develop lower level technicians

Specifications for the Role:
- Score a 69 or above on the Ramsey Main Test and/or have 10 years of related maintenance experience
- Maintain continuing education credits (3/year)
- Proficient in machining, and electrical trouble shooting skills
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to think outside of the box
- Industrial Electrician with State of WI Master Electrical License and/or 3 to 5 years related experience in PLC, HMI, VSD and Servo Motion preferred
- Associates degree in Electro/Mechanical or related field preferred
- Experience with industrial control systems, profibus, Ethernet, and other industrial networking preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work under minimal supervision
- Proficient with shop tools, processes and related diagnostic/measuring devices
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
