Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary based on daily needs)

Position Summary:
The EHS Supervisor will lead the development and implementation of safety initiatives across the distribution center, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This role is responsible for promoting a strong safety culture, reducing risk, and driving continuous improvement in environmental, health, and safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce all safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead site-wide safety meetings and functional training sessions to foster a proactive safety culture.
- Collaborate with site leadership to set and achieve EHS goals and objectives.
- Support execution of corporate sustainability strategies and initiatives.
- Investigate accidents and occupational injuries to identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for claims management and auto liability investigations.
- Engage stakeholders across departments to ensure EHS standards are understood and upheld.
Qualifications:
- Must have prior safety experience, in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of EHS experience – OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of direct EHS experience.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices in workplace safety.
- Effective communicator with strong leadership and training skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to changing needs quickly.
