IQ Resource Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Claims Specialist in Ramsey, Minnesota!
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay: $16.00-$20.00 an hour!
In this role you will right estimates, enter estimates into computer, and work with insurance companies to approve estimate.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct calls
- Write estimates.
- Insurance follow-ups.
- Documentation of calls and emails.
Requirements:
- Dependable
- Prior customer service background
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to type 40 WPM
- Must be able to multitask
- Must be able to prioritize and problem solve.
- Positive and energetic.
- Computer and multi-line experience is preferred.
- Need to have a strong desire to learn and grow with the company!
- Competitive nature.
- Negotiation skills
