Job Summary:
The Sales Team Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the sales department, helping to streamline processes, manage communications, and ensure the team functions efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including emails, follow-ups, and client inquiries.
- Organize and manage sales documents, quotes, and purchase orders.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office support.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with sales processes and terminology.
