IQ Resource Group – Oshkosh is seeking a motivated and determined individual for a Material Puller position in Omro, WI on 2nd shift! This position is contract-to-hire!
Job Description:
- Gather and prepare materials needed for fabrication jobs.
- Read job orders.
- Locate and pull the correct materials, fittings, and parts from inventory.
- Label and stage materials for welders or machine operators.
- Assist with inventory tracking and restocking.
- Will operate an overhead crane.
- Will operate a forklift after hired on.
Wage: $21/hr
Shift: 2nd – 2:30pm to 1am Monday thru Thursday
Training: Will need to train on 1st shift for approximately 3 weeks.
Qualifications:
- This is an entry-level role, but prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Must have a strong attention to detail, ability to perform basic math, and ability to use a computer.
- Must be a team player.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand and move about the production area throughout the shift. Lifting 25 to 30 lbs. consistently, and occasionally up to 50 lbs. (Anything over 50 lbs. would be a team lift.)
