IQ Resource Group is currently hiring food production blenders for a growing Wautoma company and have immediate openings available. The ideal candidate will be responsible for blending ingredients to create high-quality food products while adhering to strict safety and sanitation standards. This role requires a strong understanding of food preparation processes and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Shift: Both 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am shift options are available on a 2-2-3 schedule.
Wage: $23.50-$26.50 an hour
Responsibilities
- Operate blending equipment to mix ingredients according to specified recipes and guidelines.
- Perform food handling and processing tasks while maintaining high standards of food safety.
- Sanitate work areas, equipment, and tools regularly to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Fabricate ingredients as needed, including chopping, slicing, or mixing components prior to blending.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production schedules are met.
- Assist in baking or other food preparation tasks as required by production demands.
- Maintain accurate records of blending processes and ingredient usage.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food processing preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed.
