IQ Resource Group is hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing company in Kaukauna, WI. These are long-term opportunities with steady hours, weekly pay, production bonuses, and immediate openings on 1st and 2nd shift. This position is ideal for candidates with previous manufacturing, warehouse, construction, landscaping, farming, or other physically demanding work experience. Employees regularly lift up to 40 pounds, work on their feet throughout the shift, and maintain production and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Pay & Bonus Opportunities
- 1st Shift: $15.00/hr + production bonuses
- 2nd Shift: $16.10/hr + production bonuses
- Team-based bonuses up to $50 per day
- Bonus eligibility may begin after as little as one week
Average Earnings:
- 1st Shift: $18.10/hr
- 2nd Shift: $19.20/hr
Top Performers Can Earn:
- Up to $21.25/hr on 1st Shift
- Up to $22.35/hr on 2nd Shift
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Start times may vary between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM
- Overtime available as needed
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- May run later based on production needs
- Overtime: Average 45-50 hours per week
- Occasional Saturday overtime
Job Duties
- Repair and rebuild wooden shipping platforms using pneumatic nail guns
- Break down materials for recycling and reuse
- Cut wood components using production equipment
- Move, stack, and organize materials throughout the facility
- Inspect materials for quality and usability
- Maintain production goals in a fast-paced environment
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, construction, landscaping, farming, or other physically demanding work experience required.
- Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, push, and pull throughout the shift.
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, or production equipment.
