Location: New Holstein, WI
Pay: $20.00-$27.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Shift:
- 3rd Shift: Sunday night-Friday morning | 10:30 PM-6:30 AM
- Training will temporarily take place on either:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM-2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM-10:30 PM
What You’ll Do
- Operate CNC laser and/or press brake equipment.
- Produce quality metal fabricated parts according to blueprints and production standards.
- Perform basic quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to verify part accuracy.
- Follow work orders and production instructions.
- Complete required production and quality documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of machine operating experience preferred (CNC experience is a plus but not required).
- Previous sheet metal experience is helpful but not required.
- Mechanical aptitude and a strong production mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
- Ability to inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
- Blueprint reading experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work well as part of a team.
