This is a hands-on position working with parts, tools, and production equipment. No manufacturing experience? That’s okay — training is provided for the right candidate! Now hiring for 2nd, 3rd and weekend shifts.
Pay:
· $20.00 to $21.60
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload metal parts from production equipment.
- Move parts safely throughout the work area.
- Inspect finished parts to make sure they meet quality standards.
- Use gauges and measuring tools to check part dimensions.
- Monitor machines and equipment during production.
- Change tools and make basic adjustments as needed.
- Watch for quality issues and report problems to the appropriate team member.
- Keep materials and parts organized.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
- Work with your team to meet production and quality goals.
- Learn new processes, equipment, and skills as you gain experience.
- Perform other general production duties as needed.
