What You’ll Do
- Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment to maintain consistent output and product quality.
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting to help minimize downtime.
- Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and cleaning.
- Check products visually and take basic measurements to verify quality.
- Identify and report equipment problems, quality concerns, and safety hazards.
- Follow production schedules, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Record production information and complete required documentation.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety requirements, and sanitation procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and communicate with teammates and supervisors.
What You Bring
- One to three years of manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn equipment operation.
- Ability to follow instructions, safety rules, and operating procedures.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or different shifts as needed.
