IQ Resource Group is hiring a 2nd shift Food Production candidates to support a busy, well-organized manufacturing facility just outside of Waupaca. This role is ideal for someone looking to work a consistent full time schedule. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and fast-paced — and they’re looking for reliable support to keep things moving.
Wage: $18hr
Hours: 3:55pm to 2am M-TH (overtime on Fridays)
Location: Waupaca, WI
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll rotate across the production line to provide support in different areas. This role is physically active and requires good pace and attention to detail.
- Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality
- Load ingredients into machines and hoppers
- Place product onto the production line
- Support other general production tasks as needed
Food Manufacturing Environment – GMPs Apply:
All team members must follow strict hygiene and safety guidelines, including:
- No jewelry – All jewelry must be removed before entering the production area
- Cleanliness and food safety protocols must be followed at all times
- Facility is temperature-controlled around 47°F
Requirements:
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Reliable transportation is required – this site is not within walking distance and is located outside Waupaca city limits
