We are hiring Assemblers for a 1st Shift opportunity in Fall River, WI. This position offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with additional overtime available on Saturdays. Employees can work up to 5 hours of overtime on Saturdays, providing an excellent opportunity to increase weekly earnings.
Schedule:
• Monday-Friday
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Up to 5 hours of overtime available on Saturdays
Pay:
• $17.00 – $19.00 per hour based on experience
• Weekly paycheck

What You’ll Do:
• Assemble components and subassemblies for OEM and SCAG products
• Read assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists
• Gather materials, tools, and components needed for production
• Position and assemble parts using measurements and templates
• Verify completed work using measuring devices and quality standards
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and communicate concerns to supervisors
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and follow safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications:
• Manufacturing, assembly, production, or mechanical experience preferred
• Ability to read basic blueprints and follow work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Basic math skills
• Good hand and finger dexterity
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
Preferred Experience:
• Mechanical assembly
• Heavy equipment assembly
• Light electrical assembly
• Technical manufacturing environments
• Blueprint reading
• Working with hand and power tools
