IQ Resource Group is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Associates to join the production team of a reputable client in Whitewater! The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling plastic components while ensuring quality and accuracy.
Hours: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 7am-3pm | $16.25 pr hour
2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 4pm-12am | $17.25 pr hour

Responsibilities:
- Follow standard work to assemble or package small components.
- Visually inspect for molding or assembly defects.
- Maintain proper labeling of finished and work in process products.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Isolate and/or dispose of defects in accordance with work instructions.
- Record and submit accurate production and quality data, work records, etc.
- Follow established level of production as appropriate to the job.
- Follow established safe work practices.
