Hours:
1st Shift 6am-2pm M-F
2nd Shift 3pm-1am (M-T 10 Hour Days, Fridays off)
Duties:
- Use hand tools to assemble quality products
- Follow clear work instructions and production guidelines
- Build, fit, and secure components as part of the assembly process
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain consistent production flow and meet daily goals
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe
- Support team members as needed throughout the production line
- Handle materials and parts during assembly stages
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
