IQ Resource Group is hiring for an Assistant Production Supervisor on 1st and 2nd shift in Green Bay. Bilingual Spanish/English is required.
Location: Green Bay, WI
Wage: $19.70/HR
Hours:
- 1st Shift: 3:30am-4pm Sundays and Mondays and 4:30am-5pm any other scheduled day. The end time is based on production as for all our openings.
- 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm on all scheduled days except Friday is typically 1pm-9pm but end time is based on production. (off on Wednesday and Thursday)
Summary: Under the direction of the Production Supervisor or Superintendent, the Assistant Production Supervisor will oversee the
entire production area, quality of product and safety of all employees in accordance with all Good Manufacturing Practices.
Responsibilities:
- Mentor/Coach Production Team Leaders
- Monitor tablets with production run data daily (ensure accuracy of product run times)
- Communicate with Production Supervisor/ Superintendent on staffing.
- Monitor production area, ensure efficiencies are met.
- Act as the production line expert – from raw materials to finished goods.
- Monitor daily production schedule (balance production as needed)
- Ensure daily Production & Shipping times are met.
- Work with Production Supervisor/ Superintendent to identify areas of improvement in the production
area. - Assist with training of new employees (clocking in & out on tablet).
- Work with the procurement department to locate materials as needed.
- Monitor attendance, breaks, and adjust staffing levels to meet production goals.
- Update/Post daily staffing schedule
- Adheres to and complies with all food safety, food quality and GMP policies.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- While performing the duties of the job, the employee is frequently required to sit, use hands to use computers
and to talk and hear. The employee needs to be agile to move quickly both physically and mentally. The
employee is required to stand, walk, bend, stoop or squat. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move
up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. - Bilingual Spanish/English required
