Hours:
- 1st Shift | Monday – Friday (Overtime Saturdays) 5:30am – 3:30pm
- 2nd Shift| Monday – Friday (Overtime Saturdays) 2:00pm – 11:30pm
- 3rd Shift| Monday – Friday (Overtime Saturdays) 10:00pm-7:30am
Wage: $22-$24/hr DOE

Duties:
- Arrive an hour early each day to complete check-ins and prepare for the shift.
- Welcome and guide new hires on their first day, workplace expectations, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure all employees are wearing the proper PPE and following safety requirements.
- Maintain close communication with the shift supervisor and staffing agency regarding attendance, onboarding, performance, and daily updates.
- Complete basic reports, logs, and documentation as needed.
- When not performing administrative or onboarding tasks, assist on the production line and support daily operations.
- Promote a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
- Assist with minor employee concerns and escalate issues to supervisor and staffing agency when necessary.
- Ensure complete compliance to prescribed Operational, Quality, and Safety Programs.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish.

- Strong verbal, written, and email communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills – preferred / not required
