About the Role
We’re looking for a Bilingual Production Trainer to help onboard and train new employees in our production departments. This role plays a key part in ensuring new team members feel supported and confident as they start their journey with us. You’ll lead group training sessions, provide one-on-one support, and help translate between English and Spanish to bridge communication on the shop floor.
You’ll also have opportunities to train employees on forklift safety, conduct “burst” refresher trainings, and collaborate closely with leads and supervisors to align training with production goals.
Pay & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $21.39/hour
- 2nd Shift Premium: +$2.00/hour

What You’ll Do
- Conduct onboarding and training for new hires
- Lead bilingual communication between English and Spanish-speaking team members
- Provide forklift and safety training
- Support employees through hands-on learning in multiple production areas
- Collaborate with supervisors to ensure consistent training standards
- Help drive continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Fully fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Post-secondary degree preferred)
- Previous bilingual or training experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience in production or manufacturing (gearbox, motors, inventory, or shipping a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet 10–12 hours per shift
