Job description:
IQ Resource Group is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in sourcing, selecting, and onboarding top talent for our clients. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the best-fit candidates to meet their staffing needs. You will work closely with applicants, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process, all while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday, 45hours per week
Location: Appleton, WI
Pay: $37,500.00 – $42,000.00 per year
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $37,500 to $42,000 annually
- Incentive Pay: $2,500 to $15,000/year (Estimated additional earning potential through commission and performance bonuses)
- Salaried Exempt
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, and make hiring decisions in the best interest of IQ Resource Group and our clients.
- Prescreen and schedule internal interviews for applicants.
- Interview applicants to assess their qualifications and fit for various job assignments.
- Assist with applicant and new hire paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct orientations and safety training for all new supplemental employees.
- Maintain organized, legal, and efficient office files, including applicant tracking and record retention.
- Enter employee applications and new hire paperwork into the ATS according to the recruitment process.
- Respond to general applicant questions and concerns in a professional and informative manner.
- Match IQ Resource Group’s supplemental employees to customer staffing requirements with a high degree of accuracy and success.
- Oversee and address concerns regarding the employee’s performance for the customer, including counseling, disciplining, termination, and job assignment changes.
- Assist other staff and/or branches in meeting job fill requirements when needed.
Experience:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Sense of Urgency: Ability to act promptly and with intention to make things happen efficiently and effectively.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, including Office 365, Microsoft Word and the ability to input and enter data accurately and efficiently.
- Previous experience in the staffing industry, human resources, administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
