IQ Resource Group is hiring a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales Representative for our client in Shawano, WI!

Position Details
- Location: Shawano, WI
- Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Pay: Starting at $50,000/year
- Position Type: Direct Hire
What You’ll Do
- Grow and develop customer accounts within your assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Present products, promotions, and solutions that meet customer needs.
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate account information.
- Manage pricing within company guidelines.
- Monitor assigned accounts and assist with accounts receivable when needed.
- Increase product penetration and overall sales growth.
- Conduct product presentations and promote ongoing sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide outstanding customer service.
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- 6-12 months of sales, marketing, customer service, or restaurant experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of sales, marketing, or restaurant industry experience
- Previous experience growing customer accounts or managing business relationships
