Bilingual (Spanish) Staffing Consultant

IQ Resource Group is looking for a bilingual Staffing Consultant who knows how to hustle, with intention, not chaos. You’ll be the link between job seekers and employers, using your judgment, instincts, and bilingual communication skills to make smart hires that actually stick. Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday,

Location: Janesville, WI

Compensation: $35,000 to $50,000+ (Includes salary, direct hire and temporary placement commission plans, and performance bonuses.) Salaried Exempt. Base salary depends on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Interview, assess, and hire candidates across a wide range of skill sets.
• Accurately match talent to open job orders based on client requirements.
• Complete and review new hire paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Facilitate onboarding, orientations, and safety trainings.
• Maintain detailed documentation in our applicant tracking system.
• Provide timely, professional communication to applicants, employees, and clients.
• Support performance management processes when needed, including corrective action or reassignment.
• Assist other team members or branches when fill needs are high.

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft clear and professional messages
• A natural sense of urgency with the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
• Solid computer skills, including experience with Office 365 and data entry
• Prior experience in staffing, HR, or administrative support is preferred but not required
