Wage: $22hr
Hours: 1st shift Monday- Friday (Flexible with hours)
Location: Neenah, WI
Position Summary:
We’re looking for a dependable Light Carpenter who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing quality craftsmanship. In this role, you’ll build sales display boards, jigs, fixtures, and trade show displays while working closely with a team to meet production goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions while adapting to changing priorities. Strong communication, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are essential. Candidates should be able to safely perform the duties of the position, with reasonable accommodation available when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Light carpentry work to build/deconstruct/reconstruct photo sets featuring company products
- Assist in construction of tradeshow booth displays
- Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools
- Quality control check of product, ability to use a caliper
- A strong eye for attention to detail
- Ability to assist in other areas of warehouse and production
- Ensure work area is clean and maintained to ensure safe
- Additional overtime hours maybe required periodically to meet customer expectations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or its equivalent
- Previous forklift experience a plus
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
- Reliance on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
