Position: Cleaner
Hours: 7:15am- 3:30pm (Could be up until 6pm or 8pm during busy season)
Wage: $18 to $21 an hour (Depending on experience)
Location: Neenah, WI
Job Duties:
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of restrooms, concourses, seating areas, premium spaces, locker rooms, and back-of-house areas
- Collect, remove, and properly dispose of trash and recyclables; replace liners as needed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain all flooring surfaces
- Restock restroom and facility supplies (e.g., soap, paper towels, tissue)
- Respond promptly to spills, biohazards, and guest service requests during events
- Assist with pre-event setup and post-event breakdown/cleaning
- Operate cleaning equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
- Identify and report maintenance, safety, or sanitation concerns to supervisors
- Follow all company policies, OSHA standards, and safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or facilities experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor conditions, including exposure to varying weather and large crowds
