IQ Resource Group is hiring 1st and 2nd Shift CNC Lathe Operators in Fond du Lac, WI.

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Wage: $20 to $25/hr
Shift:
- 1st Shift: 5am to 3:30pm Monday thru Thursday
- 2nd Shift: 3:30pm to 2am Monday thru Thursday
- Overtime: If OT, typically on Fridays for 4 to 5 hours.
Job Description:
- Operate CNC Lathe machines.
- Load/unload the machine
- Perform quality checks using calipers
- Some machine set-ups and adjustments as well as operate multiple machines at once
Qualifications & Requirements
- Qualifications: Prior manufacturing experience required (CNC experience is not required). Must be mechanically inclined and have proven stability. Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other inspection equipment.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
