CNC Machinist

Location: Neenah, WI
Pay: $25/hr (DOE)
Hours: 6am- 4:30pm Monday-Thursday

• Set up and operate equipment to perform various machining operations
• Load and unload machine
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure that parts and components are manufactured to the required specifications
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure that all machines are running efficiently
• Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications
• Maintain and repair as needed to ensure that they are operating at peak efficiency
• Ensure that all work is completed within the established timeframes and meets the required quality standards
• Keep accurate records of machine operations and maintenance activities
• Work within a visual Lean Manufacturing Environment/System

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and high-quality work
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues
