Hours: 8a-5p M-F

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative.

Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and candidates, providing them with high-quality support and information. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all interactions. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for client and candidate inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about services, processes, and job opportunities.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Process and manage client and candidate data in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating with clients and candidates as needed.
  • Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our services and industry trends to offer informed assistance.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and service quality.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on customer interactions, feedback, and issues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a staffing or recruitment environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
