Details:
- Monday – Thursday (OT as required)
- 1st shift 8am – 5pm | Friday 8am -4pm
Pay: $20-22.50 DOE
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products well enough to answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Must have excellent Math skills
- Experience working with customer support. Basic computer skills and experience with, filing documents, updating customer profiles/accounts; entering and tracking orders, experience with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to answer phone, listen actively, relay information, and type basic information simultaneously
- Be customer focused for a positive customer experience and resolution
