IQ Resource Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a growing manufacturing company in Brooklyn Center, MN area!
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm OR 8:30am-5:00pm
Employment Type: Full-Time- Temp to Hire
Pay: $50,000-$60,000 a year
This individual will have an important role in supporting customers, sales and internal representatives throughout the order process.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a main point of contact for customers and sales representatives by phone and email.
- Answer questions regarding products, orders, services, and general customer needs.
- Enter and process purchase orders while ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
- Coordinate shipping and freight requirements to help ensure on-time delivery.
- Obtain and process freight estimates for customer orders.
- Review and coordinate customer sample requests with the appropriate internal teams..
- Work closely with production, warehouse, and shipping departments to track orders and resolve issues.
- Assist with customer concerns and follow through to help find a resolution.
- Provide administrative and order support to the sales team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 5 years of customer service, sales support, order management, OR related experience in an office environment, ideally at a manufacturing company.
- Must have SAP experience.
- Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, orders, and priorities at one time.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with customers as well as multiple internal departments.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems and software.
