IQ Resource Group is hiring a CDL A Delivery Driver to join a growing team in Northfield, Minnesota!
Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday (Can Vary!)
Pay: $25.00 an hour to start (Will go to Component pay after 2-3 months)

Job Overview:
The CDL A Delivery Driver will operate a tractor-trailer and deliver products such as meat, produce, frozen foods, dry goods, and other supplies to customer locations. Drivers will be responsible for safely unloading products using a two-wheeler and delivering them to the appropriate storage areas.
Responsibilities:
- Complete pre-trip inspections and make sure the truck and trailer are safe and ready for the route.
- Review delivery schedules, customer invoices, and trailer temperatures before leaving.
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer and make deliveries according to scheduled times.
- Unload products using a two-wheeler and metal truck ramps.
- Deliver products to designated customer storage areas.
- Complete required DOT logs, vehicle inspection reports, and other paperwork.
- Fuel, park, and properly secure the truck, trailer, and equipment.
- Follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and safe driving practices.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service at each delivery location.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL Class A license required. Class B candidates may be considered if willing to obtain a Class A CDL within an established timeframe.
- Must meet DOT medical requirements and have a good driving record.
- Previous transportation or delivery experience required.
- 3+ years of CDL driving experience preferred.
- Food delivery experience is a plus, but will train the right candidate.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle customer payments when required.
- Comfortable using GPS and electronic driver systems.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Must be dependable and follow all safety procedures.
