Pay: $24-28/hr depending on experience
Shift:
- 2nd Shift Monday-Friday, 2pm-10pm
- 3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6am
Key Responsibilities for Digital Press Operator include:
- Operate HP or UV digital print technologies
- Provide color management support on every project
- Work collaboratively with your production team members to deliver top-quality labels and packaging for our customers
- Focus on product quality, safety, team building, and effective waste management
- Have the opportunity to learn our business through fulfilling the needs of our customers
The ideal candidate must demonstrate:
- Ability to make fact-based decisions and troubleshoot print and press problems to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies (hardware and software)
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines on multiple long- and short-term projects
- Communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with a diverse group of people and personalities
- Ability to provide high levels of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to the inquiries of internal customers
- Communicate clearly and effectively with all team members
Skills & Experience
- Required: High school education
- Preferred: Certified Operator
- Preferred: Experience using computer and touchscreen technology to manage and complete tasks
- A Plus: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems
