Role: Production Associate
Type: Direct Hire
Shift: 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am (2-2-3 schedule)
Salary Range: $18- $19
Location: Bear Creek, WI
Summary:
The Production Associate plays a key role in manufacturing high-quality food products. This is a hands-on role in a production environment requiring attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform production tasks in a food manufacturing environment
- Follow written instructions and standard operating procedures
- Maintain quality, safety, and GMP standards
- Clean and sanitize processing equipment at the end of shifts
- Support team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Comfortable working in a humid environment (warm in summer, cooler in winter)
- Manufacturing or food industry experience preferred, but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required
