Pay: $20–$24 per hour Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming loads
- Direct customer and driver traffic for unloading areas
- Communicate clearly with customers and coworkers
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
General Laborer
Pay: $20–$22 per hour Responsibilities:
- Sort non-conforming materials
- Shovel and clean around shredder downfeed areas
- Move materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Truck Mechanic (Diesel)
Pay: Up to $34 per hour, based on experience Responsibilities:
- Perform basic diesel maintenance including oil changes, tire changes, brakes, and preventive maintenance
- Coordinate with outside vendors for more advanced repairs
- Order parts and manage inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop
