Position: Embroidery Production Associate
Hours: 7am—3pm (Monday-Thursday), 7am—12:30pm (Fridays)
Location: Appleton, WI
Wage: $17 an hour
Job Overview:
IQ Resource Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Embroidery Production Associate to join a growing team. This position is ideal for someone with embroidery experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in producing high-quality finished products.
Job Duties:
- Operate embroidery machines to produce customized apparel and promotional products
- Set up and monitor embroidery jobs to ensure quality standards are met
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and consistency
- Trim threads, prepare items for packaging, and complete final quality checks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
- Assist with other production duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous embroidery experience required
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good hand-eye coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
