Wage:
- Day Shift: $21.17/hr
- Night Shift: $22.17/hr
Shift: (2/2/3 schedule – do rotate between days or nights)
- Days: 6am to 6pm on a 2/2/3 schedule
- Nights: 6pm to 6am on a 2/2/3 schedule
Description:
- You will start out loading and unloading cast iron parts into and out of alloy baskets while following detailed work instructions.
- We stress safety here and will teach you how to do this safely.
- After some time demonstrating competency doing this, there will be opportunity to learn how to run the furnaces, quality check the parts, and many other tasks.

Training and Advancement:
- You will receive lots of training and cross training to learn new skills and be successful in your role.
- There are opportunities to move up into higher roles down the road if you excel, are dependable, and have leadership ability.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- An ability to demonstrate a high school level of reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Previous forklift experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to read/follow detailed work instructions that include basic math.
- We will be performing a five panel drug screen (not including THC) and a background check before you begin.
Physical Demands:
- Presence at the employer’s site during regularly scheduled shifts (We value dependability and will not tolerate many absences in your probationary period).
- Frequent walking within a plant environment.
- Need good peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Regular use of hands to manipulate or operate objects or tools.
- Ability to reach with arms and hands.
- Regular standing, talking, hearing, climbing or balancing required.
- Lifting or moving up to 40 pounds, sometimes repeatedly required.
- May be exposed to heat, fumes, noise, and humidity.
- Safety equipment and air conditioned rooms to rest in are provided.
